Stress affects us all differently. To some, it acts as motivation. To others, it disrupts minds, bodies, and lives. We need some stress in our lives- without it, we run the risk of getting bored. Too much, and we find ourselves "burned out." We each balance "good" and "bad" stress, but trouble occurs when the "bad" outweighs the "good."
